My guest today is Nikos Papakostas. Nikos is a certified Personal Trainer and has over 10 years of experience in the field of fitness at amateur and professional level. He has won first place in many competitions, as well as the Greek championship in the Classic Bodybuilding and Men's Physique category. He is a Fitness & Nutrition Consultant specializing in fat loss, muscle growth and strength, and competition preparation.
