Podcast Guest “It's a long road” is the Alternative Healer Panagiotis Ioannidis. Panagiotis, who is a graduate of Alternative Therapist of the New Jersey Open University, is the owner of the Center for Alternative Physical Health and a member of the World Massage Federation WMF and the international organization of alternative medicine I.A.M.A.

 

With Panagiotis, who has many years of experience and awards in the field of alternative therapies, specializing in 14 types of massage as well as seminar recommendations, we will refer to alternative therapies and running, but also to herbs and the beneficial effect of some of them on runners.
