Podcast Guest “It's a long road” is the Road Marathon champion and its owner Golden Marathon Tours George Karagiannis.
George works professionally with the travel agency Golden Marathon Tours, providing complete Marathon themed travel packages and major sporting events around the world that include expert leaders, match participation and accommodation. With his own special history in the classical sports of our country, he has become the Champion of the Road Marathon, the Golden Balkan champion of uneven roads with a 10-year career and great successes in Italy in long-distance races and marathons, while one of the greatest achievements of his sports career was the 11th now best Road Marathon performance with 2.16.07 at the Turin Marathon in 1992.
We will have an interesting discussion with George, since we will refer to some moments of his rich sports career, but mainly to the ways that one can participate in Marathon races abroad, as well as those in the series of 6 World Marathon Majors.
