Podcast Guest “It's a long road” is the ergophysiologist, runner and coach Nikos Dimitriadis. My guest today is the runner, ergophysiologist and coach Nikos Dimitriadis. Nikos is a graduate of the Gymnastics Academy of Athens (TEFAA) with a master's degree in England in the subject of Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on middle and long distance endurance. Today he is head of the Ergometric Center myathlete with the ability to combine and transfer theoretical knowledge of exercise physiology to everyday training. He masterfully handles the science of training to improve physical condition from high Olympic level athletes to amateur beginners of all sports.
