Podcast Guest “It's a long road” is the sports scientist Lazaros Tsakiridis.
Lazaros, is a graduate of SEFAA Komotini majoring in coaching, but also holds two postgraduate degrees, in the functional rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and in clinical exercise and application of new technologies in health.
With an impressive track record in the field of exercise and health, Lazaros brings with him a rich range of experience and knowledge. From Edessa to Malta, Lazarus' path is full of success and dedication to helping people improve their fitness and quality of life through exercise.
He has worked for the last 7 years in training clubs as a strength and fitness trainer and mainly in gyms as a rehabilitation specialist for people with musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory problems. At the same time, during his studies he has been a member of the SEFAA Komotini laboratories of Exercise Physiology and Sports Biomechanics and has 17 studies published in international conferences in Greece and abroad.
He is currently working as a trainer for a Clinic in Malta applying exercise as rehabilitation for people with musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory problems and other chronic diseases (such as metabolic syndrome, cancer, diabetes, etc.).
