Podcast Interview Highlights “It's a long road" by Christos Garefis.

– You recently participated in the race triathlon to Katerini and you wrote that you again drew some useful conclusions. Do you want to tell us something about it?

– Do you want to tell us some things about your theory about the mutual understanding of our inner and outer world? How much does one accept the other in the long run and what does all that we experience with long distances mean?

– In the same match I saw that your whole team excelled. Do you want to tell us something about it and how it went?

- I was impressed Christos that recently when he traveled to Spetses for a triathlon race, in a post I saw you say that you had "pre-competition anxiety", which of course left you a little later when you saw the 5 km athletes pass in front of you. You talked about returning energy. So I want to ask you two things. What is this return energy that you mention and really after thousands of races you've been in you still have that anxiety;

– What does an athlete's success depend on? Is it just about the execution in the match or also about the mental approach and thinking?

– What do you think about your athletes, coaching a week as successful?

– Do you think that as a society and in matters related to sports, do you think that we are moving well in general or do some things need to change urgently?

– Recently I saw you spoke at the Thessaloniki City Hall in a workshop on the topic "Exercise and water therapy”, suggesting 7 ways for easier oxygen intake and a more useful training process in the water.

– It can swimming to improve it stamina in a runner?

– Do you have any advice to give to parents or in general to all athletes for this summer?

– What would you advise an aspiring Marathoner?

– Do you have any tips and advice to share with us on how someone will be able to combine sports, everyday life, work and possibly family?
