Podcast Guest “It's a long road” is the runner and road and mountain coach Alexandros Sofianos. Alexandros is a coaching graduate with a specialization in "classic sports", with many further trainings and seminars on sports nutrition and sports psychology.

 

Since 2022 he is the founder of the Running Project Team and his goal is to help people who are involved, or want to be involved, in sports and endurance training of short and long distances.
